We require Graduate Trainees
Graduate Trainees are candidates who have completed graduation in any subject. May it be a simple BA, BSc, BCom or BBA, BCA, BJC or more professional degree BE, BTech. Having a Post Graduate Degree will give you extra weightage. Having exposure to Computers and its working will be an extra advantage.
The candidates selected will be called GTs for one year during which they will be given "On The Job" Training. The training will comprise of three phases viz "Basic", "Advanced" and "Internship". You will be paid salary/stipend during this period.
On completion of the training you will be evaluated until and unless your are found dissatisfactory, will be placed in suitable job as decided by the HR Team. The job is of permanent nature and offers perks like post retirement benefits. There is no bond for minimum period of service.

ग्रेजुएट ट्रेनी वे अभ्यर्थी हैं जिन्होंने किसी भी विषय में अपनी स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की है। चाहे वह BA , BSc, BCom, BBA या BCA हो या प्रोफेशनल डिग्री BE या BTech. यदि आपके पास स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री या कम्पूटर का ज्ञान है तो आपके चयन के लिए यह लाभप्रद रहेगा।
चयनित अभियार्थी एक वर्ष तक GT कहलायेंगे एवं एक वर्ष तक उन्हें "On the Job" ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। ट्रेनिंग के तीन स्तर होंगे-बेसिक, एडवांस्ड एवं इंटर्नशिप। इस एक वर्ष के समय में आपके सैलरी /स्टाईपेंड दिया जायेगा। ट्रेनिंग ख़त्म होने के बाद आपको HR टीम द्वारा आपके मूलयांकन के बाद उपयुक्त जॉब में पोस्टिंग दी जायगी। यह जॉब परमानेंट है एवं इसमें सेवानिवृति आदि के लाभ भी हैं। इस जॉब में किसी भी तरह का कोई बांड नहीं है।
